Terms of Service

To commission a service from me you must read all these terms of service before placing a request.You may reach me via Twitter or Ko-fi if you already support me there.
When you are ready to see what i have available you may do so by visiting my Commission and pricing carrdAny commission request puts the following terms of service in to effect the moment it has been agreed upon.
Comission Process
Commissions will begin when the client (pst thats you) messages me on twitter with a proposal of the desired work, following will be my approval or not depending on said request.When requesting you must give as much detail as possible or provide a refence if you have one, this will ensure that you get exactly what you want from me.upon approval you will be provided with a estimated completion date and pricing options.
Payment
Full or at the very least half of the payment is required up front, Once i recieve said payment i will commence with the first draftAll payments must be through Ko-fi, that said if the payment is not made with in a week of the request I may cancel the commission at my own discretion.No refunds will be available regardless of cancellation or unhappy with how it turned out.
Usage Rights
The commissioned piece may be used for person and non-commercial purposes unless stated otherwise.
my art is to not be used in AI for any reason at all.All artwork i have and will create may never be used for any commercial gain , including and not limited to:
- reproduction for merchandise
- prints publication
- selling works as isI will retain all ownership of the original art and any reproduction rights unless stated otherwise.Copyright infringement / Liability / Communication
Copyright infringement:
If what is requested is under copyright or third-party rights already I, Kaeilli Celest will not be responsible for any legal issue resulting from said copyright infringement.
Liability:
I, Kaeilli Celest will not be liable for any injury or damage resulting from the use of said art, it is the clients responsibility to use the product appropriately and take the proper precautions.Communication :
When requesting a service the client automatically agrees to these conditions and will maintain open and respectful communication though the process. I reserve all rights to cancel the commission in case of disrespect or inappropriate behaviour.
